Came home to an open bottle of wine! Thanks wife!

Naturally, you want to pair a nice big California cab with an heirloom cherry tomato and mozzarella-enhanced classic OG salad. The thing about me and wine is, wine has this magical effect of triggering long lost memories. After a few glasses, I remembered this tweet that I saw a few weeks back:

I would like to thank this brilliant man for this idea. Now I didn’t have any chicken fritta, but I did have whole wheat linguine with meatballs, and suffice it to say that I do not get too excited for whole wheat linguine.

Five minutes at 350 degrees. The bag turns slightly brown, which lets you know that the breadsticks are ready. It’s a high-tech indicator, kind of like those Coors light beer cans, or those toothbrushes they used to have where the colored bristles wear out. Amazing what technology the OG has managed to build into their takeout wares. They’re definitely the Google of authentic sit-down Italian fare.
